You will guide them, in French and English, in their choices among all the tours we offer, and then put them in the expert hands of our teams on the ground who will help make their stay in Quebec City so special.

Our wide choice of tours- our highly reliable equipment – from luxury minibuses to coaches – and our well-studied prices will allow you to serve all budgets, and all levels of curiosity in front of our culture and geography.
Your main daily work tools will be our brochure and website. Your pleasure in guiding and serving, and your sales talent will do the rest.
And what exactly will it consist of?
- Advise our tours to potential customers who will present themselves
- Take telephone reservations if necessary
- Use our ticketing system for reservations
- Receive payments from our customers, close and balance his cash at the end of the day.
- Direct customers to the right buses for the tours sold.
- Manage queues in front of the counter and outside, next to the bus.
- Clerical work on request, with vouchers issued by tour operators
The environment we offer
- Position located in our kiosks in Old Quebec, at the Tourist Information Centre at 12 rue Ste-Anne and at Château Frontenac
- The atmosphere is fun, full of surprises and nice encounters with tourists from all over the world, and from all the provinces of Canada.
- You will be trained (e) in our ticketing system.
The skills we are looking for
- Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Be fully bilingual (French and English), especially when speaking.
- Have experience in a customer service and sales environment, where activities take place at a rapid pace (tourism, hotel/restaurant, concert/movie theatre, concierge, etc…) and where you will shine with your communication skills.
- Know how to share your good mood, and show tact when necessary.
- Good basic computer skills (Windows, MS Office) to be comfortable with our reservation system and ticketing
- Attention to detail.
- Impress our customers both by your kindness, and your professionalism.
- Know our region well.
