  • Advise our tours to potential customers who will present themselves<\/li>\n
  • Take telephone reservations if necessary<\/li>\n
  • Use our ticketing system for reservations<\/li>\n
  • Receive payments from our customers, close and balance his cash at the end of the day.<\/li>\n
  • Direct customers to the right buses for the tours sold.<\/li>\n
  • Manage queues in front of the counter and outside, next to the bus.<\/li>\n

      • Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.<\/li>\n
      • Be fully bilingual (French and English), especially when speaking.<\/li>\n
      • Have experience in a customer service and sales environment, where activities take place at a rapid pace (tourism, hotel\/restaurant, concert\/movie theatre, concierge, etc\u2026) and where you will shine with your communication skills.<\/li>\n
      • Know how to share your good mood, and show tact when necessary.<\/li>\n
      • Good basic computer skills (Windows, MS Office) to be comfortable with our reservation system and ticketing<\/li>\n
      • Attention to detail.<\/li>\n
      • Impress our customers both by your kindness, and your professionalism.<\/li>\n
