1. CONDITIONS, ADVICE AND POLICIES<\/h5>\n
For sightseeing tours<\/h6>\n<\/p>\n

  • Payment by credit card when booking by phone.<\/li>\n
  • Hold 20% fee if cancellation more than two hours prior to services.<\/li>\n
  • No refund if cancellation less than two hours before the services.<\/li>\n
  • No refund on unused tour or entrance portions.<\/li>\n
  • No refund, exchange or replacement for lost tickets or cut bracelets.<\/li>\n
  • Ticket or bracelet checks may be carried out in vehicles.<\/li>\n
  • During high season, we still operate our open-deck buses on cold and rainy days.
    The temperature in Quebec is unpredictable.
    We will not give any refunds due to temperature, however we will strive to make your day comfortable.<\/li>\n
  • It is the client\u2019s responsibility to arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before pick-up.<\/li>\n
  • Do not lean over the railings on the upper level of the double-decker buses and the side windows of the buses.<\/li>\n
  • Take care of branches, traffic lights or any other element near the upper floor of vehicles with floors.<\/li>\n
  • Our double-decker buses are equipped with radiant heating on the upper floor.<\/li>\n
  • A surcharge of $5 per person per day + taxes will apply to benefit from the pick-up service at your hotel when purchasing the red line, the 3-line package or the red line handsets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Children: Children 6 years and under can travel on our buses for free when they do not occupy a separate seat. The child rate applies when a seat is occupied. The child rate applies to children from 6 to 12 years of age when accompanied by an adult.     Unitours assumes no obligation, commitment or responsibility for:<\/h6>\n<\/p>\n

    1. Road conditions.<\/li>\n
    2. Traffic or traffic jams that do not allow vehicles access to pick-up or drop-off sites or points.<\/li>\n
    3. Injury, loss of clothing, damage, delay, inconvenience or other additional costs incurred for any reason beyond its control.<\/li>\n
    4. Occasionally a double-decker vehicle may arrive without a seat available. Tours du Vieux-Qu\u00e9bec cannot guarantee a seat. Canadian laws allow these vehicles to be driven with standing persons. Another vehicle will take over as needed.<\/li>\n
    5. Unitours (was Les Tours du Vieux-Qu\u00e9bec) reserves the right to cancel or change routes, schedules, stops or fares without prior notice and to substitute vehicles as required.<\/li>\n
    6. Taxes are not included and the duration of the tours is approximate. Rates are in Canadian dollars.<\/li>\n
